We offer cleaning services for your home and/or office. Since no two homes or offices are the same, many factors go into determining your customized price. We’ll stop by and do an evaluation before giving you a quote.

Home Cleaning

Basic Service Price per Room + $50 first time cleaning fee (one time fee)

Includes Express Deep Clean Plus wall washing, cleaning of all cabinets inside/outside, Upon Request garages, porches. WE WILL NOT REMOVE ANY FURNITURE OR DUMP ITEMS, All garbage items must be removed from home/apartment. We will remove garbage if dumpster available. Price may go up depending on condition of home.

Express Service Price per Room + $100 Deep clean Fee

Includes Basic Clean Package Plus: Spot check walls, move all furniture to clean under and around, vacuum curtains, sliding door tracks, wash all cabinets and wood work, clean inside appliances, wash baseboards, and dust blinds (not wash)

Rentals/Move Outs/Ins

Move Outs/In up to 4 hours of cleaning starting at $375+

Includes: Dust all pictures, ceiling fans, collectibles, light fixtures, window sills, de-cob walls/ceilings, vacuum, mop, and sweep all floors, washing of all glass doors, clean kitchen window, vacuum air vents, wash all mirrors, sanitize all door handles, light switches, clean all toilets, bathtubs/showers, sinks, and faucets, empty all trash cans and take out garbage to your garbage can. Upon Request we will change linens and make beds (will not wash linens) Upon Request will vacuum furniture (will not remove cushions)

Construction Cleaning $100+

$75 an hour

Commercial Services‎

Commercial Service price to be discussed

Vacuum,‎ sweep, and mop of all floors, sanitize all door knobs, light switches, counters, tables, chairs, dust/de-cob, empty trash cans and reline with bag, clean toilets, sinks, mirrors, and restock items and MORE! We are here to meet your needs.

Recreational‎

Recreational Vehicles $200+

Without Slides <20′

With Slides >20′ $250+
Clean Keeperz will not be at fault for any dust particles on surfaces after cleaning. We are not able to prevent dust and particles in the air. We will Reach higher areas such as ceilings, lights, blinds, fans, and curtains using a two step ladder and extension dusters/de-cobers. Anything above what we are not able to reach contractor will not be liable.
